Charles Carr were by far the most professional agency that we dealt with on our house hunt as first time buyers. Buying your first home is incredibly daunting but they made the whole process easy and straight forward. When we did spot a house that we felt was "the one" Luci in the Bitterne office went out of her way to arrange a viewing for us and even made sure everything was going ok on her day off - pretty incredible!! We got there eventually and we did buy the one! We cannot wait to our new little home now!
