Excellent company!
Luci and the team were excellent; I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is selling a property! They kept me informed at all times, they were pro-active and most importantly they listened to me and helped throughout the whole process, and really did take all the stress out of selling a house!

Great Service
Carter Edwards picked up the pieces from the poor service of another agent and although due to some unexpected problems they have persevered and rescued both our sale and purchase. A big thank you to all the team and in particular Louise.

AMAZING SERVICE

OUTSTANDING SERVICE
AN OUTSTANDING SERVICE...It was clear from the outset how good Dale was at his job. It was obvious at the initial valuation how much homework the man had done before entering my property. He arrived armed with a large quantity of evidence in the form of similar properties sold and those currently on the market, to prove how his advice and opinion was justified. Furthermore, he also showed how he had his finger on the pulse as regards political changes to the housing market announced that morning and how it would affect my sale. Simply: Dale knew his stuff!! Although he was the agent who gave me the highest valuation and I was warned by people that estate agents, when they give you high valuations, are being unrealistic and are just acquiring your business and will then drop the price after a couple of weeks!, I followed the 'Which' magazine advice and chose the agent I felt most confident would achieve the most. Although my house was on the market at a funny time i.e. Christmas, it was successfully sold just after, for the full asking price, after a good number of viewings. If I had chosen from the other agents, it would have been undersold, in one case, by £15,000!!! This made a massive difference to my life, enabling me to retire to the English Riviera...suddenly that location came within my reach...thanks to Dale. Using Carter Edwards has been one of the best decisions in my life!! I KID YOU NOT!!! Everything about the service I have been provided with has been thorough, professional, honest, reliable, efficient, effective, enthusiastic and highly communicative...immediate replies via call, text, email or a tap at the door. All Dale's advice has been 'spot on'. Why is he so good? HE ABSOLUTELY LOVES WHAT HE DOES!! It comes down to being as simple as that...good, honest, knowledgeable enthusiasm!

Louise your a star
We have been very impressed with Carter Edwards. My wife felt very nervous about selling as we lost three buyers when we tried to see 5 years ago. we met Shane first and he promised a professional service and they certainly delivered. our open house found 4 buyers for more than we expected. Louise looked after our sale and would always go above and beyond to keep me and my wife upto date with things. Thanks again we have already recommended you to a friend

Fabulous
We were so impressed with Louise and her team. When our first sale fell through (out of their control) they were quick to act and had secured a new offer within a week despite it being the run-up to christmas. When issues arose with our property, Louise went above and beyond to help us sort it and worked tirelessly to get the sale through. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
