Lloyd Helped us sell our house and has given us a very professional and knowledgeable service throughout. We have had a few bumps in the road regarding solicitors along the way, but Lloyd has talked us through the problems and put our mind at rest when we were worried about things., and with his help we managed to get the exchange over the line, with this Friday 22nd Sept as a set completion day. Without his help I'm sure the solicitors would've dragged things out for weeks, so for that we are very grateful to him A1 service and would highly recommend Lloyd and Charles Carr. We've just completed with Charles Carr and can honestly say that I would use them again in a heartbeat. Shane sold us the house and kept is informed all the way through and got us over the asking price through his excellent negotiations! What I love about Charles Carr is that they realise people who have the skill set to sell should be able to do just that and not be tied up with the admin at the back end. Therefore they allocated a post sales person to manage and chase up any queries to get you through the sale. Louise was amazing in following up and keeping us informed. It wasn't an easy process as there were issues in the chain. However, she chased and without her we probably wouldn't have ended up in this position. Well done to Charles Carr and louise and Shane in particular.

Professional and knowledgable but with a great human touch

Louise and her team have been fantastic at every turn and we couldn't recommend her and all at Charles Carr any more highly. It's been fantastic to have a 'person' in the chain, and not just a jargon-filled robot at the solicitors or an understandably pushy seller. We both greatly appreciated the hard work they did for us, often going above and beyond regardless of where we were in the chain, particularly with the out-of-the-ordinary issues such as the solar panels. We wouldn't look elsewhere when it comes to selling in the future!
