Professional, helpful with great communication!

Rebekah Hawkins was amazing and very helpful

Friendly professional service
Emma has been very efficient in arranging the viewing we requested on the property, she was very polite & friendly on meeting us & on time as arranged. Emma answerd any questions we had, she had certainly done her homework on the property. Emma even asked us to wait while she went out in the poring rain to unlock another part of the property so we didn’t have to get soaked. Emma contacted us the following day to ask about our thoughts, as the viewing the previous day was late in the day. We put an offer in & Emma was very efficient in contacting the seller to put forward the offer which happily was accepted. Professional and helpful all through the process
All of the team from Charles Carr involved with our sale and purchase were professional and helpful from start to finish. It was a tricky sale to negotiate as it involved a solicitor called Lawcomm who were dire but the team helped us to get to the finish line and hold onto hope when it seemed as if there was none to be had! They were courteous , professional and got the job done. The house was sold in 4 days from the Open day !! Brilliant work .

Fantastic and efficient service

Knowledgeable and helpful staff
Sam and Emma have been fantastic not only with the viewings of properties - knowing every detail about the property shows they've done their homework rather than just allowing the buyer to look around and ask questions, but also Emma's endless patience and prompt email responses to the plethora of questions that comes with being a first time buyer has made me feel like I'm being really supported.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE!
I wanted to acknowledge to first class service provided by Samantha Storrar of Charles Carr. During my telephone call to arrange a viewing , she had full information on the property, was professional, friendly and polite. Samantha established my position in the housing market, and asked targeted question to ascertain my needs. Upon viewing, Samantha was welcoming, professional and very sweet with my 2 year granddaughter. Samantha had all information regarding the property to hand and had sound advice to offer me regarding the property. Following my making an offer on a property, Samantha immediately followed up with a congratulatory email and a very clear email detailing what happens next and what actions each party must take. Most helpful. Overall, Samantha took ownership of my property enquiry, viewing and offer in a manner which was highly professional and collaborative. She was attentive and communicated excellently with a great deal of with clarity.
