Emma has been very efficient in arranging the viewing we requested on the property, she was very polite & friendly on meeting us & on time as arranged. Emma answerd any questions we had, she had certainly done her homework on the property. Emma even asked us to wait while she went out in the poring rain to unlock another part of the property so we didn’t have to get soaked. Emma contacted us the following day to ask about our thoughts, as the viewing the previous day was late in the day. We put an offer in & Emma was very efficient in contacting the seller to put forward the offer which happily was accepted.
