Samantha established my position in the housing market, and asked targeted question to ascertain my needs. Upon viewing, Samantha was welcoming, professional and very sweet with my 2 year granddaughter. Samantha had all information regarding the property to hand and had sound advice to offer me regarding the property. Following my making an offer on a property, Samantha immediately followed up with a congratulatory email and a very clear email detailing what happens next and what actions each party must take.
