I have signed up with pretty much every agent in bitterne, as I want a house in bitterne park. The only agents that ever calls me about. Ew properties is Jade from Charles Carr she's really got to know what o want and I know if it's her calling it's going to be somthing of interest. Strong personable service and they know what here doing! I would highly recommend the team here

Viewing

The viewing was an enjoyable experience as the agent allowed us freedom and independence to view the property, there was no pressure asserted at any point. The agent was warm, welcoming and very friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at any point either. The agent was very informative of all aspects of the property and area and also answered all questions thoroughly. Overall I am very pleased so far with the service i have received.

Professional all the way through

I would like to thank everyone at Charles Carr for the superb job they did at selling my property. Open house - what a great idea - lots of viewings, offers immediately and great sale price achieved. After sales support - excellent. Louise was a great support throughout and without her experience and how she dealt with the other less experienced agents in the chain I do not think I would have moved.
