Jade has been a real asset with my search for a property in Southampton, we are making a move from Bristol and she has been such a help with sending us properties, and calling with new houses not yet on the market. She's understands exactly what we need and has considered that in all of her searches. I now want to purchase through Charles Carr after such great service, I'm sure it will continue throughout the journey of us finding our perfect home!
Called today for some information and couldn't thank Rebekah enough with every possible thing I needed help with. A delightful telephone manner and helped with every question I had. Thank you
We was in contact with Lauren and she was so kind and helpful, always keeping us update to date with new properties on the market and answered all our questions. She help made the process so much more easier and less stressful! We have now exchanged, completed and all moved and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Thank you so much Lauren.
Had amazing service answered all my questions and very friendly and polite.
Sold my house through Charles Carr and found the perfect home! I wanted to find our home for life as I don't want to move again. What an efficient team, all so lovely on the phone and in the office. Thank you all x
Having just received my inheritance, I was nervous about discussing spending it on a property as I have never looked. I spoke to Rebekah who was very understanding of my circumstances and explained things clearly and sensitively. I can't recommend her highly enough.
Jade has been extremely helpful finding me properties to view. She's calls me every other day with new properties not yet on rightmove. I feel she actually listened to what I wanted and watched out for that, where as other agents send you anything. Fab job. Also I'm using there recommend mortgage advisor laz, he's great he saved me money on my mortgage which is always great, keeping it all under one roof has made it a breeze. I'll come back to you when selling. Thanks for all the help and advice.
