Excellent help and commitment to finding us a home throughout
We worked with several Estate Agents whilst searching for our property and whilst our final purchase has been through another company, I would still recommend this agency and in particularly Sam Storrar who made every effort to understand our requirements and sought out properties that matched our needs.

As a new estate agent opening in Eastleigh can highly recommend Charles Carr, Tim was brilliant with viewings etc & SAM has been fantastic by keeping us updated with the chain and how it was progressing while we were waiting for contracts to be exchanged , very friendly team

Charles Carr Team- excellent!!
We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Charles Carr agents and their team. From the initial contact approach throughout the support in finding us a property that suits our needs, updates about new properties on the market and selling our properties ( both me and my partner sold our properties) these guys are excellent and set out from the crowd! I definitely recommend these guys!

Great service
Louise Carr gets things sorted, chased my buyers SLOW solicitors and kept me in the loop, eventually got me stress free, nearly lost my purchase, but thanks to Louise we got there in the end, also must thank Emma Battye the agent that showed us around the bungalow, always answered my questions when Louise was not available. Two great girls, a credit to Charles Carr.

Thrilled so far!
We have been house hunting for what feels like forever and have viewed a couple of properties with Sam Storrar. We finally found “the one” and made a bid on it, however it was hugely popular. Sam kept us in the loop while bidding went on and we were so thrilled when she called to say our offer had been accepted! Gone 6pm so I am sure beyond the call of duty but she was diligent throughout. We are now in the throws of the purchasing procedure. All at Charles Carr that we have dealt with have been professional and approachable and always knowledgeable. Lauren French showed us around the house we are now purchasing and was wonderful, friendly, answered our questions and promised to call us on the Monday morning for feedback, which she did. If you email, they reply promptly. If you call they answer the phone and if you can’t speak to the person you need to, a message is passed and they do get back to you. In short I am not having to chase anyone, all seems to be progressing in a smooth and professional manner. I am really impressed and would definitely use them for future sales.
