Russell Property - Bishop's Stortford

I can’t recommend the sales team at Russell’s highly enough. Our property was valued, photographed and on the market in under a week from making the first call. They were responsive to both calls and emails, and very friendly and professional. They went the extra mile for us throughout the whole process and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We could not recommend Russell Properties enough. Vanessa has been an absolute star from start to finish, going beyond what was required to help us complete on our new home! Doug was also amazing and was always willing to help and provide access to the property when needed, even outside working hours. We are truly so grateful for everything and all the help you have provided. Thank you.

My estate agent there lovely x

5 Stars Professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The team worked tirelessly to help our sale run as smoothly as possible from valuation to completion. Can’t recommend Josh, Doug and Vanessa highly enough!

Could not be happier with Russell Property. This estate agency is staffed with professional courteous staff who combine excellent interpersonal skills with a prompt, reliable and efficient service. We primarily dealt with Tom Caulfield and he was excellent. He drove the sale through so that we have been able to be "in situ" before Xmas and we have always found him to be responsive, helpful, and his comments / advice was always on-point. If you want to sell a property in the area or indeed purchase one, use Russell Property, they are first class.

In a world where one expects an estate agent to do little more than list your property and then sit back and hope it sells, Russell Property are different. Proactive, efficient and excellent communicators, they do all that one expects of an agent and yet rarely finds. Thank you to Josh, Vanessa, Tom and all the team at Russell Property for ensuring our house sale ran perfectly.
