Russell Property - Bishop's Stortford

Best letting agency we've ever dealt with. Great customer service, very professional and kind people too.

Russell Property Bishop's Stortford have been by far the best property agents we have dealt with. Very professional, incredibly responsive and friendly. We really would recommend anyone to use the team here. Vanessa was brilliant in pushing things forward and ensuring smooth communications between all the parties. They will be the first people we go to when thinking about a sale.

Fantastic professional service with a personal touch. The best things you want from an Estate Agent; Punctual, knowledgeable and a good price. Thank you to Josh and the team and especially Doug, Tom and Vanessa for selling our house quickly and supporting us smoothly through the move.

Amazing estate agents. Jac was superb throughout. Very responsive and kept me up to date with every step of the transaction. If I ever need to rent or sell a property I will be contacting Jac to arrange.

Can’t recommend Russell Property enough, great service and communication with friendly service. Were happy to assist with any questions we had and did their upmost to make the sale go through smoothly and quickly. Best estate agents in Bishops Stortford by far!

Honestly, I can’t recommend Russell Property enough. Vanessa, Thomas and Doug have all made the process of buying a property so much easier. I’ve been quite nervous after missing out on other properties and so have been ‘slightly’ neurotic and they have helped me through. They have answered probably the silliest of questions and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. I obviously don’t know the process of selling with them, but I’d say their service would be exactly the same. I would definitely recommend them. They are professional and will keep you up to date about everything. I could go on, but I won’t. Big thank you to them😊
