Russell Property have recently helped us to sell a house which belonged to a relative who sadly had to go into a nursing home last year. They could not have been more helpful, they did all the viewings for us and kept us up to date with progress throughout the process. They secured us a final selling price substantially higher than other estate agents which we invited to value the property at the start wanted to market the property at. Selling property is always a stressful business with hold ups and problems along the way but Russell Property have made things as easy as possible for us and we are very grateful

The marketing and finding a buyer was the easy part and the team at Russell's did a really good job. Then the problems started and the team, Vanessa in particular, began to earn their fee. The problems with our sale ranged from Covid restrictions to increased volumes of all searches etc. due to the Stamp Duty holiday to mortgage offers being withdrawn to an unresponsive and unorganised buyer's solicitor. The whole process took 22 weeks. Vanessa was with us all the way working, even on her days off, to get us moved. She was talking to the Managing Agent for our Apartment, to our buyer's Mortgage Broker, to our buyer's Solicitor to our buyer to our seller's solicitor to our seller's Estate Agent and to our seller. Towards the end these conversations were happening on a daily basis. Not only did Vanessa do all this but she also managed to keep our stress levels to as close to normal as possible. Like many people I thought Estate Agent fees were far too high, but certainly Russell Property earned their fees with this sale and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering selling their property.
