I cannot recommend William and the team at Intercounty enough. They offered great advice on how best to market our property and gave an honest and realistic valuation. We had an offer agreed within a week! William worked tirelessly until exchange and completion. I can completely understand why Intercounty has the largest market share in Bishop`s Stortford - they are honest and hardworking and deserve it. Thank you William and team.

We received very professional and helpful service from Kristy. She had been happy to answer all our questions before we decided to rent the flat. Kristy was very patient and friendly with us. I would like to also mention an excellent teamwork. Even if Kristy was not present at the office, we could talk to anyone about our let. All members of the team were always well informed about it. We are more than happy with the service provided by Kristy and the Intercounty team in Bishop's Stortford. We would highly recommend.

We bought our house through intercounty and the process, even in the midst of a pandemic, only took two months. A large part of this is down to how well Doug who manages sales progressions dealt with our purchase. Nothing was too much to ask, even after we moved in and we needed a few questions answered from the previous owner. We also found Helen on the sales side to be very knowledgeable about the area and she provided some excellent information on the history of the property as well as ideas for development etc. All in all a very positive experience with Intercounty Bishops Stortford

We had exceptional service from Intercounty for our sale and purchase (they managed both), I can't praise them enough. In a difficult market we had issues with the chain, which looked beyond repair at one stage. The Intercounty team (namely Doug and Jack) managed to find us another buyer and purchase at the 11th hour and negotiated so that the deal worked for all. The process was then carefully brought to a close. In my experience, having moved several times before, it is rare to find an agent that takes care of its customers as well as Intercounty Bishop's Stortford does!

Although our house purchase was a lot more drawn out than expected, the communication from Intercounty and Doug made it a lot less stressful. Doug was very quick to help with queries we had and also to assist with moving the process on, most of the time it was a lot quicker to go through him than wait for our solicitors! The service and professionalism of James Nunn and Doug Whybrow at Intercounty has been of top quality. Both of these lads have been courteous and respectful from the viewing of the property to the completion. All queries and advice were greatly appreciated, especially some of the solicitor jargon.

So where do I start, having worked in the property industry for over 15 years, once in a while you come across an absolute gem, and that gem in the case of Intercounty is Kristy!! From day one of booking a viewing, which she managed to sort within a couple of hours notice, she was nothing but outstanding. My case wasn't at all straight forward, and instead of getting the usual brush off, Kristy done everything within her power to make it happen, and low and behold it did, within a few weeks I was in and settled. I'd also like to say a big thank you to Amy, who looked after all the contract side of things, Intercounty better keep these two happy thats all I can say lol!! Thanks again girls
