They do not even deserve one star but unfortunately that is the minimum. I asked them if I have questions about the flat will they wait until I get the answers or they rent out to the first person who puts down the deposit. They said they wait of course. That was a big fat lie. Asked my questions about the property, but they were lazy to even ask the landlord they just lied their face off. Free parking and visitor parking does not excist in the property. Why is it so hard to write an email or call the landlord to get the right answers is beyond me. If the staff there can not do even this they should not be working there. But the cherry on top is that ok I give up because i will not get any answers i just want to rent the property. Then comes the answer that oh sorry it is rented out a couple of days ago. So it looks like Intercounty is full of lazy lieing employees. I hope someone will do somkething about this service because it is truly dreadful. I did not thought i had to continue this thread, but the service went from bad to worse. From the zero star I would like to go to minus 5 now. Just because I receive a dreadful service and I dare to speak up about it now the people there are being even more difficult. I am sorry, but your job is not hard. If you do not want bad reviews than maybe treat your customers right. Not talking to me, forgetting to call me and "accidentally" loosing my papers is just petty. Do your jobs properly or change jobs. I bet it is not hard to find people to replace you who actually does the job. Literally anyone from the street could do a better service than you are at this moment. There are just too many "accidents" and "mistakes" since I talked to you. Looking forward to hear your excuses this time around!
Like Nigel's review, we too had an awful experience, only saved by the last minute intervention of the director who was the only reason we didn't pull the sale. Again a failure to deliver on the initial promises, a complete lack of communication, not listening to our instructions and finally an insulting discount offered given the high fees. A truly dreadful experience at an already stressful time.
Keep getting emails from them eventhough I bought a house over a year ag. try to unsuscribe but it asked me to log into an account. emailed branch to remove my from database. Keep getting these emails. really really annoying
A banana would do a better job at selling than these guys. Incredibly rude lady named Helen, speaks over you, rude and clearly doesn’t care about her clients. She couldn’t sell plastic surgery to Joan rivers. Very disappointed in the service I received, I would expect a better service from a company as large as intercounty. She dropped the ball regarding communication, scheduled to call me and didn’t, refused to submit my offer, lack of negotiation skills and most annoyingly.. lied. Due to her incompetence, we feel we have lost out on an incredible opportunity. Oh, I also didn’t appreciate her lecturing me about her 30 year career when I told her I was unhappy with the situation. 30 years outdated, clearly. Wrong schedule they won't update
Literally the worst letting agent I have ever dealt with ! Complete nightmare from the management team. The response times are terrible simply sign you up and thereafter the service is terrible !!
They never pick up the phone, never call back, terrible communication, rude staff, zero selling skills. I could go on and on.. wish I didn’t have to go through intercounty bishops stortford to view properties.
As a first time buyer I had encountered lots of agents but the worst experience was with Intercounty Bishops Agents. They will book you in for a viewing in a Friday afternoon ,so you get to travel 2hr in your way to see the property and then you get there and the owner doesn t know anything about the viewing.That is so unprofessional 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
