Very nice to deal with, rent an apartment in iLand.
Not the worse experience ever, as the agents whom I have been talking to on the phone were helpful and responsive, however on the day of the viewing, the agent himself who arranged the viewing forgot to honour it, leaving us to wait in the cold for 10-15 min. He seemed like a nice guy but definitely needs a bit more training, he lacks preparation.
During my tenancy agreement, i had a couple of issues which Northwood tried to solve (one issue took a long time to fix). Two of the wall electric heaters didn't work, so Northwood replaced them with new ones with a week. I also had issues with the toilet light, which took more than a month for them to get it fixed. One thing I don't like is that they raised their prices from last year. New contract fees, and admission fees, etc all cost more now! They also raised the price of the flat I used to occupy. in addition, you pay a couple of hidden fees, like check out fees, paying to get your flat professionally cleaned by the end of tendency agreement, etc.
