This is my first experience of renting a property and I must say that Moh made the tenant find process so easy for me. He was very efficient, took excellent photos and my flat got rented within two days! He kept me updated early on and replied to emails quickly. The only thing I will say is that the tenants have just moved in, but I haven't seen the inventory or signed a contract and I haven't been told exactly how much I will pay...maybe this is normal and due to the process moving so quickly, but generally this has been a good experience and I'd recommend Northwood.

Northwood helped me find tenant for my flat in Birmingham in March 2020. Although the rent achieved was marginally below par; however they achieved my topmost aim of quick occupancy. Thank you Northwood for helping me to find a place to live! The team was very helpful. They were professional and treated me with respect. Viewing was completed on time. The property was exactly the same as per photos. Secondly i moved into the property on the agreed date without any delays. Thirdly, i got a reduced price for the rent. Lastly, the team was helpful in being flexible for the delivery of keys. Overall i am happy i met the team from this agency (they are very friendly and responsive). Highly recommend all parties.

I had been having an issue with the Communal Satelitte Dish, leaving me with know Sky TV signal. However, Laura from Northwood Birmingham was working in the backgroud & liaising with the Landlord to try & rectify this matter, which she did sucessfully.
