Michael Poole - Billingham

Debbie and Emerline were both extremely helpful and professional

Great service in respect of a property purchase with regular feedback and any queries/issues dealt with very quickly. Highly recommended.

Fast , efficient and friendly. The staff where clear, informative and easy to contact and were on the ball all the time. I was updated at every point in the process. Highly recommended. All the staff who work on my sale, from the start were highly professional, easy to relate to and did 5 star work.

First time landlord and I am so impressed with how easy Sarah from Michael Poole has made the process from start to finish. Great communication and never a problem in answering many of my questions, and believe me there were many. i did have a letting agent in mind but Im so pleased that I changed my mind and went with Micheal Poole instead. Sarah is super efficient and very approachable. I would definitely recommend them to anybody

Debbie and the team were outstanding

Not only the best value for money, but honest and approachable and great communication. From dealing with Matthew for valuation through to Emeline during the selling process. Quick responses, smooth sale and great value for money. Thank you to all the Michael Poole team.

Brilliant communication and support from Debbie through out the process. I've been dealing with two other estate agents recently and Michael Poole Billingham were by 'far and away' the best. Debbie was very friendly and gave us all good support and advice. She communicated with us throughout the process of the sale. I can honestly this has been the best experience I have ever had in selling a house. Michael Poole Billingham and Debbie in particular were exceptional.

Sarah was always polite and helpful and worked diligently to find a new tenant and always kept me up to date with progress. Thanks again to her and her colleagues at Michael Poole.

Excellent service from Debbie and Sarah. The purchase went smoothly from start to finish, and they provided brilliant support in finding a tenant for the property. Friendly, professional and efficient throughout. I would highly recommend Michael Poole.

Emeline helped me with buying my first home, she was really helpful throughout the whole transaction. Kept me up to date and chased solicitors when required. I’d highly recommend the Billingham Branch to anyone looking to purchase a property Thanks Emeline 😊
