We recently sold our house with the help of Michael Poole Billingham. We had lived in our house for 38 years and were a bit anxious about the process but the staff were very helpful, guiding us through the process and supporting us through the ups and downs. Debbie and Molly in the office are amazing and really understand what a stressful time it can be for their clients. I would highly recommend Michael Poole, Billingham to anyone considering selling their house in the future.

Can honestly say the customer service, support, advice and communication received from the team at Michael Poole Billingham makes them clearly stand out from all other estate agents. Debbie was simply amazing, from the 1st phone call and continual weekly updates, and the superb back office support from Molly can only be described as fantastic. Selling my house was such an easy process, and with the guidance of the recommended solicitors the process was so very very easy ( and also cost effective ). We have just moved home after 27 years in our first home and very very unfamiliar with the process. Debbie was brilliant, answering my many questions and offering assistance throughout the whole process. We also had interactions with Mollie and she was equally helpful. Agents are very friendly and also professional especially Molly who I dealt with on a regularly basis, she kept me updated at every stage of my purchase and solved a lot of my worries, would use them again if I every had to move.
