The staff have been so helpful in the process of us buying our first home. They have kept us updated and we have not felt out of the loop at any point of the process. They have gone above and beyond really. We have really appreciated everything! I honestly don’t think buying our first house would have happened without the lovely Debbie!

Michael Poole were quickly able to get us a viewing on a property we were interested in. This was key for us as we were under time pressure to find a property to buy. Throughout the purchase process there was an open line of communication, and despite some confusion on the sellers part in regards to close out date, everything was handled efficiently and to a high standard. The staff were polite and courteous and the welcome gift once we got our keys was a nice touch.

What an amazing team of people at the Billingham store! I cannot thank you all enough for your hard work, patience, professionalism and support through a very difficult few months. You all went above and beyond and I am very grateful to you all. Special thanks to Debbie who has been superb in making what was at times a very stressful situation, a much easier one. On deciding to sell our property the service offered was excellent. Matthew arrived to take photographs and throughout his visit was very polite and courteous, explaining every step involved with the sale. Debbie was dealing with the liaison between ourselves and the buyer. Although there was a technical delay with the buyer’s sale of his property Debbie always contacted us to keep us updated. Debbie did everything within her power to resolve issues as they arose. Throughout our dealings with Debbie she was very patient, polite and courteous at all times. If ever I had another property to sell I would hope to deal with the same staff and would highly recommend them to others.
