I had a great experience dealing with Zest, Natalie was very informative and helpful with the rental process. The whole procedure was very smooth and completed with time to spare for a nice change. I did look at other properties with different agencies but couldn't afford there extortionate fee's,  some were upwards of £600 and that was with a single person on the tenancy.
