We’ve just finished our 11-month student letting with Zest. While the first six months were disappointing, with support lacking and issues left unresolved, things improved dramatically once Emma became involved. She was proactive, professional, and approachable, ensuring problems were dealt with promptly and making the whole experience far smoother. Together with Porschia, they made the second half of our letting much more in line with what you’d hope for. I hope this is the standard for future students.
