The initial booking for my viewing at No 82 stag..... was cancelled and Julia rang to rebook the appointment and she was on time and very polite and professional in her dealings with the viewing.. she explained details and asked if i have any questions regarding the information given on the property.. she even offered to make video for my spouse that wasn't available on the viewing... in all I was very pleased and happy with the outcome of the viewing... In addition, Julia has been given me update on the progress of the property and way forward on the progresssion. I will always recommend her professionalism to friends and family.

The team at Brockenhurst are fantastic! They have been great with keeping me up to date with every step in the selling process and radiate nothing but positive energy throughout the sale of the property. Even though we had some hiccups along the way with buyers falling through they sprang into action and got the process restarted within a matter of hours, as well as maintaining the positive view point. The Open Days for the property were arranged very well, with a good notification system so I was kept informed of the timeframes of when viewings were going to take place. The team are very knowledgeable of what is going on in the local area and what is happening with the market, taking every step possible to ensure that we were on the market at the right price and at the right time.

The Brockenhurst team have been great. They have helped navigate a highly complex and stressful situation with us losing our buyer 10 days before completion, to swiftly finding us a new buyer to keep our onward chain intact. A huge thank you to the Basingstoke team! Right from the start we were given a 5-star service. As soon as we expressed an interest in selling up Sarah was around in a timely fashion, really polite and talked us through all the details. Within days we had the rest of the team around getting familiar with the house to sell it, photo’s taken and it was on the market and sold within days. After that we were handed over to the lovely Dawn, Saint Dawn, Hero Dawn! The sale started to slow down due to issues at the top of the chain, nothing to do with Brockenhurst at all but Dawn to the rescue stepped in got us all back on track and pushed for a completion asap. Her communication was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you so much Dawn you kept myself and the hubby sane, we honestly could not have done this without you. She is a credit to Brockenhurst and I hope they never lose her…..thanks to all the team you were superb.
