Kian is brilliant! He has been super accomadating, always quick to respond to emails and very welcoming to us as first-time buyers. He is knowledgable and has made the whole process clear and easy to understand!

After much searching, I finally managed to narrow my choices down to two properties, one of which was listed with Brockenhurst, After arranging a viewing I was met at the property by Kian, who couldn’t have been more helpful. He was quick to follow up after the viewing as well and answer any questions I had. So, I was happy to arrange a second viewing… After I made Kian aware that I was a first time buyer, he was very good at going through my requirements and talking me through the house, liaising with the vendor to answer any further questions, and even pointing out things to me that I hadn’t thought to ask. The two properties that I’d narrowed my search down to were so very similar that it was ultimately Kian’s professionalism and friendly approach that helped making such a difficult decision easier. So far, I’m glad that the house I’ve chosen was listed with Brockenhurst as they have been a pleasure to deal with.

Our experience with Brockenhurst has been excellent from start to finish. As first-time buyers, we were guided through the entire process from start to finish. Matt was amazing and a great support, answering all of our queries promptly and making some excellent recommendations for everything we needed. We also had several visits to the property we were buying and Brockenhurst were very accommodating to this, making sure we felt happy and comfortable with our purchase. We would not go with anyone else in the future and will be recommending Brockenhurst to all our friends and family.

I found Brockenhurst to be very proactive in marketing my house, and all of the team in the Basingstoke office were friendly, polite and approachable throughout the selling process. Their commission rate was competitive, and I was very happy with their service from start to finish.

My experience with Brockenhurst Estate Agents was brilliant from start to finish. Sarah in particular was very kind, caring and very professional and she listens. I didn’t feel pushed into anything. Sarah and the team are excellent communicators. They kept me informed of everything and always there when I was feeling a bit anxious. Sarah has kept me calm and has even rang me to ask how I was. Sarah gave me recommendations of Solicitors and when the time was right, removal companies. I am so pleased that I chose Brockenhurst Estate Agents especially when I didn’t know what I was doing because I have never moved or sold a property on my own before. In my opinion they are first class and would certainly recommend them. You will be well looked after.

I found the viewings arranged by Matthew and Bayleigh to be enjoyable and informative and after my offer was accepted on a house they found for me, they both acted professionally with every query I had over the 3 months plus process. Towards the end of the process Michael McClure, Move Manager was in constant contact updating me on the closing stages of the purchase, along with Matthew. So it has to be 5 Stars for Brocklehurst overall and I don't even get keys til tomorrow. Thank You!
