The Brockenhurst team have been great. They have helped navigate a highly complex and stressful situation with us losing our buyer 10 days before completion, to swiftly finding us a new buyer to keep our onward chain intact. Julie in particular has been our shining star - approachable, friendly, informative and a true professional, a pleasure to work with. Our sale is still SSTC but all being well, a very positive response to turn around a negative and stressful situation in a very short period of time.
