After much searching, I finally managed to narrow my choices down to two properties, one of which was listed with Brockenhurst, After arranging a viewing I was met at the property by Kian, who couldn’t have been more helpful. He was quick to follow up after the viewing as well and answer any questions I had. So, I was happy to arrange a second viewing… After I made Kian aware that I was a first time buyer, he was very good at going through my requirements and talking me through the house, liaising with the vendor to answer any further questions, and even pointing out things to me that I hadn’t thought to ask. The two properties that I’d narrowed my search down to were so very similar that it was ultimately Kian’s professionalism and friendly approach that helped making such a difficult decision easier.
