A huge thank you to the Basingstoke team! Right from the start we were given a 5-star service. As soon as we expressed an interest in selling up Sarah was around in a timely fashion, really polite and talked us through all the details. Within days we had the rest of the team around getting familiar with the house to sell it, photo’s taken and it was on the market and sold within days. After that we were handed over to the lovely Dawn, Saint Dawn, Hero Dawn! The sale started to slow down due to issues at the top of the chain, nothing to do with Brockenhurst at all but Dawn to the rescue stepped in got us all back on track and pushed for a completion asap. Her communication was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you so much Dawn you kept myself and the hubby sane, we honestly could not have done this without you. She is a credit to Brockenhurst and I hope they never lose her…..thanks to all the team you were superb. I hope I don’t have to go through moving house again for a while but if/when we do without a doubt I will be using you guys again.

I am a buyer and not a direct client of Brockenhurst. People at Buckland Parade were easy to deal with and accomodating. Nothing too much trouble when arranging first and second viewing. Having had the offer accepted, their progress chaser, Dawn, was highly professional, knowledgable and empathic. She didn't just fight her corner, she also worked to try and keep me informed and was sensitive to my needs as a buyer. She played a key role in keeping the chain together and united in the face of external influences.
