Belvoir have been managing my properties for nearly four years now. They are very responsive, emails are always answered within 24hrs, usually within a couple of hours! They're on top of all maintenance issues and very efficient in terms of paperwork and landlord updates. At my last tenant change they'd found me a tenant before the previous absolutely lovely tenant moved out and the gap between one tenant moving out and the new tenant moving in was FIVE days !!! Obviously I was extremely happy....... :) Thank you to the whole team.
