Great estate agent and lettings team. Very quick to let a property, manage issues and maintenance team are always quickly mobilised. The team stay on top of legislation and market issues and always a great help. Wouldn't let a property without Belvior and their team

I have just finished the whole lengthy process of buying a property and I’m glad that it was through Belvoir Basingstoke. They were really helpful and supportive throughout the process, very prompt in replying to my questions. Particularly Anne-Marie and Peter Sterling. I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking to buy/sell a property.

Anne-Marie was fantastic to deal with when house hunting. She gave us all the time we needed to help us decide on a dream house. Very professional to deal with and personally caring to our needs. Tho we didn’t end up winning the house I would not hesitate to buy with Belvoir if the opportunity ever came up again.
