We recently ended our 4+ yrs tenancy with Belvoir. Right from 2021 till Jul this year their services have been exceptional. A big shout out to Jo Jones , Rachel who were of great support in ensuring quick resolution of maintenance issues.during our tenancy. Jo Jones ensured that the check out formalities were hassle free and even took the extra effort to sort out the deposit refund in a record time. The communication throughout this period was seamless.
