While I didn't employ belvoir myself, I went through them as an estate agent when buying my first house. My solicitors were uncommunicative throughout but Belvoir Basingstoke helped a load to get them moving, I think it could have taken much longer without their efforts. I am writing to thank your team for the exceptional assistance in resolving the broken door lock issue at the flat on a rainy Sunday evening. It was incredibly fortunate that Jo of Belvoir promptly coordinated with the Lockman and efficiently opened the door with the replacement of a new door lock at the same time. Their professionalism and quick response were truly commendable, especially considering the challenging circumstances of a Sunday evening.
