I have been using Belvoir for over 12 years now to manage my property in Basingstoke. Over that time all the team in the Basingstoke office have been amazing. Any property maintenance issues have been swifty actioned with reliable and well-priced contractors. Communication has always been timely and informative which I think goes a long way to understand the very few changes of tenants I have had in that time. When it does come time to find a new tenant, the team are very pro-active in finding the best tenant and asking the right questions to asses their suitability. Their thoroughness during this process gives me great confidence that as a landlord that I comply with the ever-changing regulations.
