After many years of home ownership I found myself having to rent a property and was to be honest a little wary of dealing with letting agents however my experience with Belvoir Basingstoke could not have been better. When I started looking for a property they had an ideal one available and everybody I dealt with at Belvoir Basingstoke from my initial approach to moving in was professional yet friendly, from the viewing to making the neessary checks / references and the preparation of the tennency agreement and inventory check. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Basingstoke.

From initial contact, through move-in and now four years in the same property they have been super-efficient but always with a friendly personal touch. A special shout-out to Jo Jones who is a delight. Always on time, knows her stuff, and has time to hand out a doggie treat and a quick chat with my elderly mum. Five stars plus is my review!

Belvoir (Basingstoke) were our agents for both the sale of our own property and the purchase of another one. For starters Jamie in the sales team came round and explained what Belvoir offered and their prices. He was not pushy, very helpful with the process of how things happen (first time selling) also very knowledgeable with a HTB scheme we used. Couldn’t thank him enough, especially after having a bad experience with a previous estate agent. Emily was fantastic at showing us round other properties, very professional, helpful and cheerful. Knowing how she was with other properties let us see how good Belvoir would be with presenting our house to potential buyers. After accepting an offer on our house and having an offer accepted on our onward purchase, Natalie from Belvoir kept in touch with all the solicitors and all other parties involved and constantly updated us on the progress of the sale and advised us of our actions. Her great experience enabled her to preempt any hiccups and potential delays as quickly as possible to minimize disruption to the process, some things clearly out of her control. We would highly recommend Belvoir to anyone thinking of moving and have already recommended two people who are now on the market with Belvoir.
