Excellent post sale service

Belvoir have provided outstanding service, particularly at the post sale stage. They were fantastic on updating us on the progress of our purchase as well and found us a much better property than we had intended on buying. They took the time to get to know what we were looking for in a property. All the staff are courteous and a delight to deal with. We highly recommend Belvoir!

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. The whole sales process from initial meeting (thanks Matthew) to exchange of contracts has taken under 3 months and gone without a hitch. Natalie, our move manager was outstanding, always cheerful with an excellent ‘can-do’ attitude. She kept us informed throughout the whole process liaising with buyers down the chain, solicitors and estate agents so we knew where everyone was, at every stage of the process. Throughout the sale of my flat Natalie has kept me informed at all times about the sale, contacting me at least once a week. She has been in touch with the buyers and their solicitor and with my solicitor. I really appreciated her help in arranging for the contents of the flat to be removed and for contacting the concierge to ensure that this went smoothly. I bought my first home through Belvoir and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish! Natalie was so helpful and kept me updated regularly throughout the whole process. It's been a great pleasure with Belvoir. It was my letting agency for almost two years until recently. Their staff are very sensible, professional and prompt in dealing with the queries and any maintenance related requests. I would like to specially mention Laura Jones, Carole Archer, Kate Watson and Shahida Akhtar for their professional service and I take this opportunity to thank them for the same. Absolutely first class service. At first I questioned the value of a traditional estate agent against the competing likes of Purplebricks but as soon as my house sold and we purchased I could absolutely see the value of a tradional estate agent still and with Belvoir it went even further than this.. The updates, constant chasing throughout the entire chain on a daily basis when it was nearing exchange to just try and nudge all parties along, advice and suggestions on next steps to speed up the process etc was absolutely worth every penny being paid to Belvoir. Natalie has provided an exceptional service to us and she is extremely knowledgable in what she does (I myself have learnt a lot!), nothings an issue with Natalie. Matthew, Jamie and Emily have all been great to deal with and are true professionals at what they do.
