Natalie, our move manager was outstanding, always cheerful with an excellent ‘can-do’ attitude. It's been a great pleasure with Belvoir. It was my letting agency for almost two years until recently. Absolutely first class service. At first I questioned the value of a traditional estate agent against the competing likes of Purplebricks but as soon as my house sold and we purchased I could absolutely see the value of a tradional estate agent still and with Belvoir it went even further than this.. The updates, constant chasing throughout the entire chain on a daily basis when it was nearing exchange to just try and nudge all parties along, advice and suggestions on next steps to speed up the process etc was absolutely worth every penny being paid to Belvoir. Natalie has provided an exceptional service to us and she is extremely knowledgable in what she does (I myself have learnt a lot!), nothings an issue with Natalie. Our tenancy in Crown Heights, Basingstoke has been a very pleasant experience. Belvoir has each and every process defined and systematic way of proceedings from application of tenancy till claiming the Security Deposit. Special thanks to Shahida for managing our inspections and exit process smoothly and considering all our requests till we got the refund of security deposit.
