Highly Recommend
I highly recommend Belvoir Basingstoke who have handled the sale of my property. From the start I was impressed with Jamie's honest, up front valuation of my property followed by promptly marketing. Potential buyers were vetted which meant fewer but more serious viewings with no time wasters this was a big plus point for me. The communication and dedication from the whole team has been superb. So a big thank you to Jamie, Emily and Natalie - your professional service has been outstanding from start to finish.

Excellent experience
Friendly, professional and engaging staff. Made the purchase process a pleasure and I have to highlight the dedicated Move Manager, Natalie Painter for special mention. She was absolutely fantastic. So friendly and made sure that communication was regular, chasing parties on action points and making sure everything was on track. Thank you so much!

Excellent service
I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir and it’s staff for the friendly, helpful and efficient way they dealt with me over my tenancy. They made the whole procedure easy and seamless from the initial viewing with Tracy up to the smooth handover and full return of deposit dealt with by Jo. I feel as a tenant I was dealt with fairly and any queries were dealt with in a timely manner.

Natalie was amazing!
We worked with Natalie for the purchase of our new house, and she was absolutely amazing! Very professional and responsive, she was really good at chasing both sides to make sure the process wasn't unduly delayed and kept us fully up to date at all points during the sale. She was also really friendly and it was a pleasure to speak with her. My sister is going through the same process with another estate agents and her experience has been below average. I felt that Belvoir Basingstoke have gone above and beyond with their services, we even received a house warming box upon collecting the keys which was a really lovely touch and contained a few of the essentials! Much appreciated! Even though we weren't the original customer of theirs (the seller was) we felt very well cared for. If I need to sell or purchase a house in the future, I would definitely like to give them a call. Thank you to Natalie for being so great and for helping make the moving process that much easier!

Amazing estate agents
So happy i chose to go with Belvoir, professional and helpful from start to finish. From when i went to look at the property and was shown round by Emily and right up to the end with the great help from Natalie. I can never thank Natalie enough as due to the pandemic and lockdowns and paperwork this unfortunately slowed the process of the move down. I was always kept in the loop and up to date with what was going on with the move. I know at times for Natalie it must have been stressful having everyone keep emailing and calling to ask for updates but natalie was always very polite and very informative every time. Also thank you to Jason for when i went to pick the keys up once again was very welcoming and i must say the welcome pack came in very handy. So huge thank you to you all and if i ever have to move again which hopefully i won't as i don't need the stress i will be definitely coming to you guys for my move 10/10.

Excellent agency
We were renting with Belvoir for past five years. Everyone we had contact with through those years was friendly and helpful and professional. We appreciate quick responses from Jo, Carole, , Shahida, Laura and others. Any maintenance issues were resolved quickly.

Sad to be leaving our belvoir property
We recently moved out of our flat we was renting with Belvoir and the experience from the start to the end has been amazing. When we first viewed the flat just over a year ago with Tracey we felt she was very professional and a lovely lady. We decided to take it that same day and all the staff that helped us through the renting process were amazing and made it go very quickly and smoothly. The flat itself was immaculate when we moved and the whole time we was there if we had an issue with anything Belvoir was only a call away and their service was always outstanding. We decided to move as we wanted somewhere a little bigger and we’re now renting with another company but only because they had what we was looking for at the time of moving but I can say we’re missing Belvoir and there outstanding customer service. The check out with Jo Jones went smoothly and I have to say very fast. She was very fair and we’re happy to say that we’re getting our full deposit back :-) She kept us up to date with the report and the next steps. I highly recommend Belvoir and it’s been a pleasure renting with them , if we ever move again we will definitely have our fingers crossed we can rent with them again. Thanks for letting us rent from you and looking after us

We had lived in our house for 20 years, so it was a big decision to move. Jamie and the Team at Belvoir were superb at every step. We chose Belvoir because they were professional, understood the market and had a great selling strategy. They gave us excellent advice and supported us through all the nervous times. The most impressive thing was that the Belvoir staff worked as a Team, all pulling together to sell our house. We would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their house. We have no regrets about choosing Belvoir.

Best letting agency I have used
From the start of our tenancy two years ago, working with Belvoir has been the perfect letting experience. They were accommodating to multiple viewings, not pushy and happy to work around us with regards to move in. Their attention to detail and courtesy is second to none. During the tenancy every problem was handled quickly and the team even managed to organise a replacement washing machine while we were out of the country. They gave us ample notice of any inspections or works to be carried out and every contractor was polite, efficient and friendly. Their standards are incredible and I will use their standards moving forward into any future tenancies. The checkout process was a dream. Jo Jones was incredibly knowledgable, prompt in her responses and Helpful. Her comprehensive review of the property and fairness in assessment resulted in a speedy deposit return. They truly do look out for both tenant and landlord in a fair and agreeable way.
