I AM IMPRESSED !!!
From day one when I moved in, they have been really professional and particular mention to "JO",for all her support and help in any matter that arises when I was renting. Over the years I have been with other rental agencies....always bad communication and lack of care(just a number to them),so I was impressed with Belvoir team at Basingstoke from day one till the end. I don't do reviews usually, but thought I would do this......if you want to rent with an agency in Basingstoke.....go with these guys(and if I am Back in Basingstoke I will go with Belvoir). Tracey was fantastic - as well as the Belvoir team - they all made things super clear and easy
I needed to relocate due to a few life circumstances (exiting a long relationship as well as my mum becoming quite sick). Tracey and the team at Belvoir made things really quick, easy and seamless - as well as clear. They helped me find a great place and settle in quickly - massive thanks.

Great Customer Experience
Letting with Belvoir was a great experience from the start when Tracey showed us around the property to the admin side of signing the contract, property checks and advice on giving notice was handled professionally. The rentals team is really friendly and always available for help. It was a great experience and very different to the last agency we let with, in what can be a stressful process it really does matter who you rent with and I would highly recommend Belvoir.

Professional and polite service
Belvoir handled every aspect of our tenancy with professionalism and were always reachable via phone or email if we needed them. The team took great care when reviewing the property for the regular check ins. Absolutely fantastic service.

Stress Free Sale!
From meeting Jamie from Belvoir, Basingstoke, for a Probate House Valuation to Completion of the House Sale we were kept informed of progress at every stage either by telephone or mobile. All the staff at Belvoir were extremely helpful and always rang back, we never had to chase them up! The whole process was completely stress free, quite an achievement during the Pandemic!

Fantastic!
Having had poor experiences with letting agents in the past, reliability and good communication are of huge importance to me as a tenant. Belvoir Basingstoke have been fantastic throughout our time as tenants with them. They have always been very professional, friendly, available to reach by phone or email (even during the pandemic) and very helpful in every way. Jo has been very helpful throughout the ending of our tenancy, and has been very fair when meditating between us and our landlord. Our whole experience of renting through Belvoir has been easy and stress-free, and I would highly recommend!

Outstanding Team of People
Basingstoke Team, they are the best. Don't know where to start. We put an offer for a nice place in Dec 2020, due the lock down and all things were going very slow, i was getting stressed out because up untile March nothing much happened, but from the Belvoirs team Move manager Natalie was updating my wife each and everything. Natalie always helped us till the day of Completion. A big thanks to her. Also i wanted thank Emily amd jamie for always being kind enough to update on a weekly basis. Thanks for Katie and Sarah-Jane for making the property viewing so easy, as first time buyer's we were asking a ton's of questions they all are very kind and professional. BIG THANK YOU AGAIN, without you all it wouldn't be possible.

Basingstoke Team is Amazing!!
I recently bought a 5 bedroom house in Basingstoke. Emily showed us the house followed by Katie. They were very nice , professional and followed all covid 19 rules. I used speak to Jamie, Sarah Jane and Emily regularly over the phone regarding the purchase. Emily introduced me to Jack the mortgage advisor who helped me with the mortgage. Jamie always kept us upto date with process. Whole team of Belvoir Basingstoke is very patient and helpful. There was time when I almost lost the property, bit Jamie helped me to retain it. I wasn't able to collect the keys. Jamie very promptly sent lovely John with the house keys and a very useful surprise gift. They added a personal touch to the whole purchase process and held my hand throughout. I am really happy with the whole team and ever so grateful to them. Thanks a lot Jamie and the team for being their. All the best to you all.

Letting with Jo!
My experience with Belvoir has been nothing less than exceptional. Thank you Jo from the Basingstoke office for helping me find and rent my last apartment. She made the process safe and easy during covid and since I lost my job she was able to negotiate an early release without penalty with the landlord. The check out was straight forward and so easy despite it being virtual. Thank you so much Jo for making it a stress free experience. You are an asset to your team and I’d be happy to work with you again.

Professional, thorough, and fair
We have recently come to the end of a 6+ year tenancy with Belvoir. We knew from the start that they were a good agency, when our washing machine needed attention shortly after moving in, and was sorted incredibly quickly. They are always helpful and attentive, as well as being thorough. Special mentions go to Jo, who dealt with our post-tenancy check out both fairly and quickly (as well as answering our queries beforehand), and Carol (with whom I spoke to on the phone prior to our notice being handed in - she was absolutely lovely to talk to).
