Very informative - Answered all questions well

Unfortunately due to the size of the lounge in the flat and how close it was to Railway Lines I will not be pursuing the rent of this Flat.

Quick Sale!

We weren't dead set on moving house, however we found our perfect home via Belvoir, Jamie took us round and we decided to put in an offer despite having not sold our place, our offer was accepted subject to selling our property within two weeks! - Jamie was great, we went on holiday skiing and passed our keys to him to work his magic - on the 14th day we managed to sell our property and our offer was officially accepted. Despite the fact that the rest of the process took longer than expected, through no fault of Belvoir, Matt provided us with weekly updates from the acceptance of the offer through to exchange of contracts which was fantastic and kept us at ease!

Professional, approachable and fair

We dealt with Belvoir as a tentant and they were very responsive to our calls regarding maintenance. We had a situation on check out where our landlord was unreasonable about the deductions from our deposit. Belvoir went above and beyond to prove that this damage was not sustained in our care and helped us through the Deposit resolution process. They did not have to do this.

Disputed deposits are, quite rightly, dealt with by independent experts a, The Deposit Protection Service and it is they who have the final word.

No recommend to anyone

The service is so poor, and try to find any excuse to take most of your deposit when you check out! They hold about £1000 of my deposit and took about £800 of my deposit. I regret that I tidy the house when I move out.!! Never go with them!
