Great team, quality service, would highly recommend
We sold our property with Belvoir and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The team has been fantastic, from the moment we first told them about our intention to sell up until completion. We very much appreciated their professionalism and hands-on approach. Our move manager, Natalie, has been amazing - always answering our calls and emails, liaising with our buyers and the solicitors, chasing, following up and doing the role of multiple people. As we looked to buy a new place, we interacted with various estate agents and this made us appreciate Belvoir's services even more. I would highly recommend Belvoir!

My lovely experience with Belvoir - in Basingstoke
I rented a property through Belvoir in Basingstoke and I must say that my family and I were treated really well during our tenancy. Whenever we need support or there are maintenance issues to be addressed while we were at the property, the responses and services that we received were to an excellent standard. When our tenancy was coming to an end, the Belvoir team ensured that we were kept up to date in every situation. They also ensured that we were provided with the required flexibility and ease that we needed to enable us move into our new home. During the checkout and post checkout process, we were given all the necessary information that we needed to assist us to fulfil our obligations as tenants, I find the information provided by Belvoir very useful and I really appreciate it. The actual checkout and post checkout process (which was carried out by Jo Jones, Belvoir's Property Assessor) was highly satisfactory and done in a very professional, fair and timely manner. There was no undue delays in processing the return of our deposit. The process was swift and I really appreciate Jo's effort all through the process. This is the first time I have had to deal with Belvoir and I must say that my overall experience was very positive. Many thanks to the entire Belvoir team, I will definitely recommend using their services. Nsima Udoh.

Excellent Estate Agent
You hear many horror stories regarding estate agents but from the very first contact Belvoir were professional in every way. The evaluation was realistic and we achieved close to our asking price (£25,000 more than what other estate agents told us to list at!) They were never pushy and when we rejected early offers there was never any pressure from the agent to accept for a quick sale. They were excellent at managing appointments - confirming both by phone and email. They always had background on the people viewing the house and knew their position in the market. Once an offer was accepted they chased the solicitors to ensure a timely sale and kept us informed with regular updates. Overall an excellent experience.

Would totally recommend Belvoir for selling your property, since the beginning of the first survey to the end of the house being sold, so professional, great communication throughout the sale, very personable, Jamie the Branch Manager could not have been more helpful throughout the sale.

Faultless
I've just left a 7 year tenancy through Belvoir Basingstoke after finally getting on to the property ladder myself. I have to say, that Belvoir were amazing throughout, as was our landlord. Nothing was too much trouble, we were well looked after and made very comfortable in our home and in the knowledge we were in good hands. The entire check in and out process was smooth and effortless and much more stress free than any other renting experience I've had - we were helped by Jo Jones who was just so helpful and professional in her work (Thanks Jo)

Brilliant from marketing to completion
Amazing service from marketing right through to completion. Jamie was brilliant at valuing and marketing my property with an open day and offer within a few days. The whole sales process was managed incredibly well and Belvoir have a dedicated after sales process which kept track of the whole chain, liaising with solicitors and other agents so that it was worry free for me and I could enjoy preparing to move to my new home. Fantastic service
