Excellent Estate Agent
We rented a property with Belvoir for two years and during that period all the professionals that we had interactions with were polite, timely with their communication and always prioritised our queries to ensure they were resolved quickly. It makes such a difference to have such an attentive team ready to help and support you whenever needed. We would always recommend Belvoir as an Estate agent and we would like to thank them for making our renting experience so positive. Particularly towards the end and moving out Jo Jones has been fantastic in keeping us updated regarding deposit etc and was very kind and friendly Jo is an asset to the team- great work Belvoir!!!

Belvoir Basingstoke
I have received the most dedicated service! I was inexperienced and worried of all the process of property renting procedures, Carole and Kate made it so very easy and smooth. Even with maintainence, Kirsty was very quick in responding and resolving the issues. Excellent communication!! I very much recommend Belvoir in Basingstoke. Thank you

Amazing support from entire team!
We have recently sold our property through Belvoir and we had a first class service from the beginning until the end. Starting with the thorough, professional and accurate house evaluation done by Alastair. Followed by the house viewings expertly arranged and delivered by Katy, Megan and Alastair. And ending with the amazing support from their move manager, Natalie, who updated us regularly with the progress of the sale, pushed for a timely completion speaking with the entire chain and also the solicitors. Every single time when we called the office and spoke with a member of the team we were impressed with their willingness to answer our questions, to provide help and to ensure that the house sale is actually progressing.

Belvoir Basingstoke
We sold our house through Belvoir Basingstoke last year. It was a long journey as we’d reserved a new build in Jan 2022 that wasn’t due to be ready til the end of 2022. The Belvoir team were amazing the whole way. We were really pleased with the photos and they were very professional for the open day and viewings. As advised by Belvoir we were up front with our potential buyers with the long lead time from the start but our initial buyers got cold feet and we had to market our property with very short notice. Belvoir picked this up and organised another open afternoon in less than 24 hours and within 72 hours we had new buyers locked in. When progressing with the exchange and completion Natalie went above and beyond. With various changes, required legal documents and mortgage extensions flying around it was a extremely stressful time for us. Natalie supported us and made many phone calls on our behalf to get us over the line. Without her help the purchase would have fallen through in the eleventh hour and we would have lost our new home. She is credit to the team. I would 100% recommend Belvoir.

First time buyers
We recently just completed on our first home with Belvoir and just want to say thank you to the team for the great service that was provided! The process was made simple to understand and communication was always great! The welcome box was such a lovely bonus aswell. Thank you so much to Natalie who answered any questions we had and helped made the process go through quickly!

Easy and great process
Had to deal with the whole team a few times during my 3 years tenancy and great team in Belvoir Basingstoke. Thanks to Jo Jones for making the moving out process and end of tenancy diverges tasks easy, clear and efficient. Not always the case from my experience

Belvoir Sales and Lettings
We used Belvoir as our letting agent for years and they were always excellent and quick to respond in dealing with queries and issues. When the time came to sell the property we automatically when to them to help and we're equally pleased with the sales team. Natalie Painter was excellent in providing support through the sales process and was proactive in chasing all parties and in keeping momentum. Happy to recommend.

Belvoir Recommendation
I was a tenant under Belvoir Basingstoke for 5 years. Their communication, quality and services have been more than exceptional during this period. Buying Experience with Belvoir
We bought our house through Sarah-Jane from Belvoir and then moved to Nathalie once the offer had been accepted. As we were buying whilst living abroad we expected some complications but Sarah-Jane made it very easy for us, was quick in meeting our needs, nothing was too much trouble and facilitated getting our offer accepted. Nathalie took over once the offer was accepted and has proven to be first class in the service she has given. Her knowledge of the buying process is second to none and combined with her great service orientation she helped overcame obstacles several times when problems arose. It’s actually a pity that she is not a solicitor as she has all the skills but also acts very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir in the house buying process and sure they are just as good in the selling process. I saw this as they managed to get the right balance in looking after the seller whilst in parallel looking after us as the buyer. Overall, highly recommended.
