I’ve had a genuinely great experience with this letting agent. Jo and Frankie's response times have been quick every step of the way, which made the whole process much easier. What stood out most was how they went the extra mile without being asked. They picked up on the small details, remembered them, and approached everything with a real sense of care. It never felt transactional, (even thought it was) They handled things in a human, understanding way, and were always helpful and clear.
