Really friendly and professional staff. They were always ready to help with any queries and provided regular updates. They made the process of buying our first house so much easier.
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: I am delighted to hear that not only was Julia and the rest of the staff professional but by being friendly and approachable they were hopefully able to make your first buying experience a little easier. Properties in this little cul de sac don't come up for sale very often as families tend to stay in the property for a long time, but if we can help at all in the future please just get in touch and all the very best in your new home.
Regards Tim

Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Thank you for your feedback on the service you have received Rachael, and the help Julia and Nadine were able to provide. We pride ourselves on not just marketing a property but also providing regular progress reports to both buyers and sellers to help ensure a sale proceeds as smoothly as possible to a satisfactory conclusion. We received excellent service throughout the sale, and were very impressed with how quickly a buyer was found for the property and how we were kept up to date with everything as the sale progressed. We would definitely use Williams and Goodwin again.

We have been private landlords for nearly 30 years. We recently purchased a new flat and asked Houseman properties to find us a tenant. The service we received from day one was excellent. They gave us sound advice on rental expectations …
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Thank you for the excellent review.
It's great working with professional landlords.
My experience with JLL was absolutely great. Me and my colleague, took a little risky approach and rented it without even seeing the place in person. Pierre, who was our agent has done a fantastic job, he was very responsive, helped us negotiate the contract and overall was very very helpful. I have just moved in here yesterday, and the flat is great.
Definitely recommend :)
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Dear Katarzyna,

It's wonderful to hear that your experience with JLL was great and that Pierre has done a fantastic job. We'll make sure to share your feedback with him and we do hope you will enjoy your new home!
Thank you,
JLL Team
