Great, friendly staff who are always there to help
Excellent service from Williams & Goodwin in selling my property. In an age where it often feels that we are pushed to use impersonal websites or industrial-scale call centres, it was refreshing to encounter proper personal service, backed up by expert local knowledge. From initial discussion to completion of the sale, their expert knowledge and sound advice was invaluable. I received regular and timely updates, and as I live at the other end of the country I particularly appreciated their willingness to spend time with me on the telephone, often out of office hours and at weekends. All my telephone calls to the office were, without fail, dealt with professionally and efficiently.
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Thank you for the kind words of recognition Meredydd. Whilst we live in a day and age where it is necessary to embrace modern technology I am a firm believer that this should not allow a company to forget traditional values, and if you can create an environment within which both work side by side, this helps to not only generate the results we strive to achieve, but means the customer experience is as stress free as possible. The really good news is the purchaser has already contacted me to say how delighted she is with the property and is cracking on with the many adaptations she had planned to enhance the character your family home had.

Tim
