1st class service from initial instruction to the eventual sale. Our 'chain' proved challenging at times, but Nadine's support and assistance ensured that we were kept well informed and involved throughout. I have nothing but praise for all involved for ensuring a relatively stress free experience.

I was highly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff
We had already left the area for personal reasons, and needed to sell our home in our absence during the Pandemic. The advice and support from Williams and Goodwin was spot on. They found a buyer for us quickly and helped the sale go through smoothly.
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Thank you for the kind words Sue, the lovely garden you had at the property certainly helped find a quick buyer and we all wish you the very best with your move to Yorkshire to be closer to your family. With you having moved out of the property and communication being by telephone or e mails Julia was surprised to not realise until the end of this transaction that she knew you. It just shows what a small world it is
