I have not moved into my property yet, however the efficiency and professionalism of Alasdair Gordon (Chelsea) was outstanding, especially during this COVID period. A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage. Great Stewardship for JLL.

Just let our flat, with Kate Flynn and team doing an excellent job. They provided a realistic valuation, brought in quality potential tenants for viewings, and provided too-notch advice when another agent found potential tenants who proved to be unscrupulous. With so many other agents endlessly focused on the hard sell or highly inexperienced, it was really refreshing to work with JLL’s experienced, sensible team who seemed focused on taking care of clients. Thank you Kate and team - I would definitely work with you again.
First class professional estate agent.
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Very kind of you to say so Ian. You have a very well presented home but I was particularly pleased that having found a prospective purchaser who needed to sell a property just as we went into "lock down" we were able to find a purchaser for their property via a virtual viewing video tour, to comply with the Covid 19 regulations.
Great service highly recommend
Excellent service, don't waste your time on inferior agents
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: It was a pleasure working with both Kirsty and you Mike, and we are delighted that we managed to get a quick exchange for you, especially after another agent failed with their marketing of the property previously. Now we need to find you … More
Fantastic service would recommend.
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Thanks for those positive comments [and the cakes] Gail. It was a pleasure to not only find you a home that you have quickly settled into, but to be able to find so many viewers and a buyer for your house in the first week of marketing that ensured you did not miss the opportunity to buy the house that you wanted through us.
Excellent all round... dealt with a complicated sale and kept both the buyer and seller informed throughout the process resulting in happy customers both sides... Thanks Nadine… You're the best in class agent...
Reply from Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd - Bangor, Gwynedd: Thanks Wyn, Glad to see that we managed to not just get an offer on this property for you on the day of instruction, but also reach an exchange of contracts within 2 weeks as I know there was a time pressure involved to get this sale tied up quickly. Tim
We had a lovely experience with Williams and Goodwin. We were looking for a house and they found us the perfect place. They always replied promptly to queries and obliged us when we had to visit the property multiple times before closing the deal. Special thanks to Sam Whitehead and his team for being great.
I sold a property with the Bangor office of Williams and Goodwin. The service, support and advice I received was outstanding. It was my first experience of selling a property and they made what can be a very stressful time seem very easy. …
Amie was particularly helpful in getting us through the gruelling referencing process, and into our new apartment!
