Following my previous comment, the manager of Williams & Gidon's office contacted me, and an appointment was scheduled to understand and resolve the issue. During the meeting, I gained an understanding of how property management operates in the area, and the manager, who was extremely polite, sophisticated, and understanding, clarified the source of the misunderstanding. Therefore, I changed my comment.

The sale of our property has been quite a rollercoaster due to being unlucky with buyers, however Williams & Goodwin remained professional and consistent through the process.
