The worst estate agents in Oxford, enough said!

Terrible service. The staff working there had no idea of information on the properties and try all they can to make it as difficult as possible for you. Booked various viewings which they didn't even have the keys for on the day. Very unorganised and highly recommend to try elsewhere if you can.

Absolutely appalled by this company. Promised a rental house would be professionally cleaned, the garden was going to cut and sorted. Neither of which had occurred. Rubbish all over the garden. Mould on walls, inside wardrobes and curtains, which is highly toxic for tenants with asthma. Bedrooms with inadequate and faulty blinds not offering privacy. A complete lack of safeguarding responsibilities to students.

Waiting on Lucy to address a problem reported. They are unreliable at returning calls and messages despite chasing on numerous occasions

Extremely poor service from Lucy. Told just before I was due to leave the place had been let, although I was told I had the earliest appointment available, then after trying to contact her to see if there were any alternatives, She has failed to respond.

Had a viewing booked and it got cancelled 3 days prior to when we actually turned up for our viewing and they never notified us

The most disorganised, incompetent company that doesn’t care about any of its tenants or house issues. I have been living with rats in my ceiling for 9 months now and even after paying for my own pest control company and telling them I need to be reimbursed they refused. Loose significant amounts of paperwork and act like the tenants haven’t given it to them yet to the point where we get signed and dated photocopies to make sure we cannot be held accountable. Save yourself a lot of stress and DO NOT RENT WITH RMA. I wish I had done the same
