Although it took rather a long time for my property to sell, due to the present market, Michael Anthony Estate Agents persevered in finding the right buyer for me. Ben Hall our senior negotiator was particularly patient and understanding, especially after our first buyer pulled out close to exchange. I gave 4 stars because after the first buyers pulled out I got pressure from too many agents at once to accept lower offers that I was not ready for. I would suggest going forward that one point of contact is enough, as this was quite a stressful period. I give 5 * to Ben Hall.

Helpful and knowledgeable, with a healthy share of the local market which enables some monopolisation of potential buyers which is a positive. Could potentially focus more on what sellers actually want from their buyers, sometimes felt like a 'throw enough' culture. After sale agreed, Sales Progession team were great. Emailed about a valuation on my property and didn't even come back to me obviously don't need the sales..... would not recommend them. UPDATE I would like to amend my review and my rating from 1 star to 4 because Michael Anthony's took the time to read my review, reply to it and call me to explain the mistake....and let's face it we all make mistakes...& Apologise which to me is a very good decent thing.
