House sale
Jonathan and his team (especially Justin, Johnny and Mike) at Charters in Alton provided an excellent service. They kept us in the loop at every stage and helped steer our sale through in a really speedy way. Always polite and courteous and nothing was too much of a problem.

Excellent service best estate agent ever used in sale of 10 houses
I found Charters in Alton to be exceptional estate Agent. They were efficient and through in the preparation of the documentation and the showing of potential buyers. Their follow up was prompt and informative. Our property was sold within a few weeks of it been put up for sale. I could not recommend them enough.

Great friendly and efficient service
Charters in Alton were in constant touch with properties that we might be interested in and when we eventually offered and bought through them they were really helpful and efficient. Lovely friendly people too.

Kept me sane

I wish you every success and am only sorry that I never got to meet you. If you are ever in Lyme Regis do look us up, you would be very welcome. Friendly, professional service
Even though Charters weren't our agent MIke and the team couldn't do enough for us in asisting with the puchase of our dream home. Like most people we are somewhat suspicious of the methods agents use in the property market but happy to say that working with Mike has proved that there are agents who are dedicated and focussed on trying to make these deals as painless and fast as possible and his bubbly, friendly nature helps keeps the process on a personal and professional level. Thanks to him and his team for helping keep our sanity and securing us the deal.
