Your service is always in-time, gives us notice in advance. The email was always clear. The staff is friendly and can be contacted if we want to. Although we are overseas landlord, we have not found difficulties in communicating with you when we want to. We appreciate your service. It would be better if you could find us longer period tenant just to save us hassle, having to change/ find new tenant after a while. Overall, the service quality is good.

Ed has been very helpful during the renting process. In addition to replying my questions, he guided us through my misses paperwork. It could have been a nightmare as she was coming from abroad, We moved into our new flat just in two weeks thanks to Ed.

Geri was very helpful in my special case. I was very happy with the way she would immediately reply to my emails and seek an answer from the landlord as quickly as possible. She is very patient as well, helping me through some issues that I encountered while I was renewing my tenancy. I hope she handles my renewal next time, should I decide to stay in the property.
