The desperate me found Lord !

We were a little anxious as we had arrived from India only recently and we barely had any time to find a place for us here, before the last check out date from the hotel. Thats when I met Lord. He is calm, very well spoken and his gentle nature and smile actually calmed us down. His approach was all to help you and that showed. I will wish him great luck in his career ahead. Cheers!

Kat has been responsive and understanding and help us through the completion of sale including taking possession very well. She explains patiently to situations encounter and help us navigate through. I find Liferesidential professional. I am now trying let or sell the apartment and this is where I hope Liferesidential can excel.

Helpful and quick response

Always replies within 2-days to an issue raised - we moved in recently and I have add questions over external bills/suppliers, inventory and we had to get the maintenance man in to fix a couple of things in the property,

Good management in general but had few problems of communication

Property viewings signing contract making payments management getting back deposit was good in general. I only faced two problems: First sometimes the staff didn't communicate and reply fast. In my case it was when getting back my deposit. Second even after making payments I received letter of late payments which always took me by surprise as it happened more than once. But when I contact the office they apologies for this mistake.

Overall service

LIFE showed a great enthusiasm on finding me new flats. The way it worked and sorted out seems so professional and just on time. Everything went through online which was the exactly what I wanted, so it is a plus. A minus was just a confirmation of payments that had to be provided whithout my request. But overall the service was very good!

Appraisal for the Property Manager - Gabriella
