Sam was very quick at responding to my emails and calls. It was also helpful that he sent rental procedure and unit information before the appointment. As a suggestion for improvement, it might be good to receive or have the option to get hard copies of the procedure and information. Overall, it was pleasant to deal with Sam. He always kept us up to date with how the referencing was going and answered all our questions.
