Luke was very professional and helpful throughout the process of renting a property. He was approachable and made sure the renting process completed on time as I had to move into the property within a week. Few Suggestions to Life Residential: Make sure the appliance manual's are available for the tenant when they move into the house Make sure the boiler, radiators etc work fine

Overall I found Sam enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. I think the areas that I would suggest Sam may need to develop are around his calmness in his approach when questioned about issues. When we queried whether things were correct or not, I think maybe Sam took this as a personal attack, which it wasn't, and his subsequent response was a bit defensive. I assume this is a slight nervousness or lack of full confidence in his role, which is fine. What I would say to Sam is this: take a deep breath, don't always respond immediately until you are calm, don't worry if you did make a mistake - we all do it, all the time. You'll go far, so stay calm and build your confidence in your role. Overall a very hassle free, pleasant experience though. Thanks Sam

Shelly was very helpful

A few minor issues had to be dealt with. Shelly swiftly replied to my queries, came to visit the apartment and see by herself then promptly managed to resolve them with relevant contractors. Great service, definitely recommend her.

Although this is my first use of agent, I think this is a good agent., However, there were a little confusion: when the sale person quitted the job.and he didn't hand over the information of the deal he agreed with me. However, the system traced back and worked it out

Good Agent

This property agent manages my property very well. Every month I have a detailed invoice to list all the cost and revenue. If there is any event or the property need decoration etc, they always sent email beforehand. Good communication overall.

Individual assistance was good, quick and helpful. dealing with too many people.

I found LR helpful and staff were always polite, quick and responsive. They always respond to issues; manage situations; contracts, etc. efficiently. It would be good to hear from them on what is the best way to get things done whether its refurbishments or rental rates. I get one quote for maintenance, etc. rather than options I can choose from. There are different people in LR dealing with all the issues related to a property, so I find it very difficult to get the full picture of where things stand; I don't know who to go to on what. It would be good to have one overall coordinator for a property/point person.
